Bryce’s favorite part of being a dentist is getting to know his patients and helping them achieve the smile they’ve always wanted

“Family dentistry” is more than just part of our practice name — it’s part of our philosophy. While you’re with us, we treat you like family. And since our doctors really are all family, we know exactly what that means! Dr. Tedmund Chun loves practicing dentistry with his sons, Drs. Bryce and Brad Chun, and together, the Drs. Originally from Hawaii, Ted Chun (first photo) received his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco and his DDS degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He has practiced dentistry in the Windsor, California area for over 30 years and was happy to welcome hid son's Brad (second photo) and Bryce (third photo) to the practice.

Dr Ted Chun is passionate about dentistry and enjoys taking dental students on overseas mission trips. He and his wife, Dayna, love time together and life in Sonoma County. Almost all of their spare time is spent with their grandchildren.

Raised in Santa Rosa, Brad attained his DDS degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Before completing dental school, he attended Santa Rosa Christian School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Pacific Union College.

Brad has a passion for keeping up with the latest techniques, advancements, and technologies in dentistry. Continuing education, patient care, and comfort are his top priorities. When not in the office, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, Serena, and their two children. His hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, and “doing everything his children want him to do.”

Born and raised in Santa Rosa, Bryce received his DDS degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Prior to dental school he attended the International Alert Academy in Tyler, Texas, where he received his paramedic certification, and continued his education at Pacific Union College.

Bryce’s favorite part of being a dentist is getting to know his patients and helping them achieve the smile they’ve always wanted. He is dedicated to providing friendly service and gentle, quality care. In his free time, Bryce enjoys cooking, backpacking, camping, hiking, and being with his family.

Digital X-rays don’t require any chemical processing

X-rays are a standard tool in the dental industry that we use to identify issues in the teeth, surrounding tissues, and jaw that would either be hard to see or hidden from a routine visual examination.

Some examples of problems we can spot with X-rays include tooth decay around restorations, deep cavities, jawbone infections, gum disease, abscesses/cysts, developmental abnormalities, and some types of tumors.

Chun Family Dentistry uses digital X-rays, because they have numerous benefits over their conventional counterparts. Digital X-rays don’t require any chemical processing, which means we get images faster and it’s easier on the environment. They also emit much less radiation, keeping you safe in our care!
